Ingredients
12 large Legacy Farms eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons dill relish, well drained
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For some extra kick, add a teaspoon of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Instructions
Cook the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 11–12 minutes.

Cool: Transfer eggs immediately to an ice bath and chill for at least 10 minutes. Peel carefully.
Prepare the filling: Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks until very smooth.
Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill relish, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust: Add salt and pepper as needed. For a little more tang, add another small spoonful of Dijon.
Fill the eggs: Spoon or pipe the filling generously into the egg-white halves.
Garnish: Finish with a very light dusting of smoked paprika and a few finely sliced green onion tops.
Legacy Farms Tip
For the most appealing presentation, pipe the filling using a star tip rather than spooning it in. Keep the smoked paprika garnish light—it gives the eggs a beautiful finished look without overpowering the flavor.
Make-Ahead: Prepare up to 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated in a covered container and add the final garnish shortly before serving.
